WHY? « on: June 07, 2010, 03:07:18 PM » Sometimes my computer seems to run slowly, and I open windows task manger to see what's causing it, I sometimes see TASKMGR.exe not enough memory to run everything at once, so the paging manager moves pages in and pages out - a lot. A friend of mine from IRC said it must be one of those startup programs.
