I forgot all about it,and i went to the site and they have upgraded it. I've tried powerdvd but without successClick to expand... do you still have the full svcd image intact?? Post the particulars up and maybe it will provide a clue as to what is going on.

- When I burn it as SVCD, the resulting MPEG on the SVCD is AVSEQ01.MPG.
- if it was a mpeg file from a vcd the file name would be AVSEQ01.dat.
- I successfully played it in PowerDVD.
- Once you have that installed, play it in the DVD player or Media Player Classic or Zoom Player Professional or many others.
- Some applications are able to play the AVSEQ01.DAT file, but I think it's better to convert it into .MPG, firstClick to expand...
When I create a MPEG-2 on TMPGEnc or whatever, that file plays in Windows Media Player and DVD Software. thats very strange because powerdvd is a very versitile program, even with the ability to read and playback a mpeg2 file without extracting it from the bin image first. I don't really know if AVSEQ01.MPG is a 'true' .MPG file or should be converted to turn it into a True .MPG. Had a standard compliancy error (invalid video stream: 25 frames/second, 352x576 pixels).
