If you didn't treat it as "X" and uninstall or remove "SSL" definitely not required. Svchost.exe error message can be triggered by installed programs. The KB947821 and KB3102810 patches would not load when I reached those steps. Open Task Manager Click Performance Tab and look down on that window and click Resource Monitor Click CPU Tab - here you will what is using all your CPU usage and weblink Problem solved.
One is hardware: SIMM/memory chips are broken/damaged. The only options the error message allows are to click OK to terminate the program or click Cancel to debug the program. Note - this is not the legitimate svchost.exe process which should NOT appear in Msconfig/Startup! "Network Service" definitely not required.
