Resource Monitor is your friend. Svchost Virus I don't use Windows 7 or even Vista - I still use XP. Search the list for KB3035583 and uncheck it, that's the one: GWX, get win 10. After restarting I confirmed these patches had been loaded by looking at installed updates.
