Svhost.exe Uses 100% CPU On Start Up

Microsoft has recognized this problem and has released a patch. It was svchost.exe -k netsvcs being the heavy user. (Another was listed but not using the CPU like the first one.) Are there any better expessions? Restart the computer to see if this has resolved the problem. Change the type to 'manual' from 'automatic' to prevent these services from starting up at boot time.
