My computer was using 25% of its CPU from this thing and found that the Windows Update service (wuauserv) was the main cause of it! b4 i dont know it. Checking service configuration:The start type of WinDefend service is set to Demand. I have run several spy ware and virus scans that show none but I have svchost.exe that run at startup as well as random times during the day that essentially prevent try here
