Went typing directly to the directory, deleted the .exe and .dat file found there and the directory name (Svchost). Should I get IE8, since it seems they've worked on it to the point where it doesn't hinder computer performance? There are a variety of web browsers available for download online that can circumvent the need to use Internet Explorer.
