It will slow down randomly with programs like Windows Messenger, and this is a brand new computer!! I have already done a system repair, twice, that should have fixed it, if that was the case.
- On the download page, they also have an entire explanation of how to use the program to figure out which device is causing the latency.
- On several previous occasions I had tried reinstalling Intel (R) HD Graphics Famly 188.8.131.5248 without it solving the problem.

Thanks for considering, Reg. It could be because some ports on the computer are only for PS2 mice and keyboards, so a USB keyboard or mouse will cause problems. Then set it as default device. Reply Katie M.

Your sound device is in use by another program. Basically the biggest problem right now is the sound card. I just can't figure out what it is causing the problem, I've tried every means of ways to fix it that I could think of, but have'nt had any luck
