You usually send the computer into sleep mode when you want to leave it for a while(a few minutes...), to save the trouble of starting it up again and browsing back I've not run into the problem myself, but would be interested in know what the solution is - should I ever be faced with the same problem. I've not removed the RAM chips in QUITE some time, so I'm looking up how to do that. However, the computer is still "ON". Removing the RAM and replacing should not permanently alter anything except of course it won't start without the RAM. The Win 10 Ready to Install came up, so I clicked Start and it rebooted, back to the login screen, and then Windows Update came up saying it needed to Restart Once reported, our moderators will be notified and the post will be reviewed. I then have to restart in safe mode. You can also try rebooting in safe mode and see if it will start. im not sure but since i installed windows vista sp1 from windows update (i bought a laptop hp pavilion) i have that problem. this contact form Thoughts?
