Hello,I am having a problem with some E-Commerce sites (Ofoto and Banana Republic.com in particular.) Whenever I try to make a purchase on these sites I get stuck in a loop. I tried safe mode and that doesn't go through either. The two new columns appear, but the format of the "Duration" column appears to be "hours:minutes", so I see "00:04" or "00:03" for most .mp3's, when what I want to see

Any easy things I can try? regarding the computer's message about new hardware or software, I have not installed anything new on it for some time. Looking a for some guidance here. Any suggestions?
