System32 Folder Keeps Reappearing!

then I read "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\explorer\Run-kernel32.dll with an image path of c:\Windows\system32\", went into the registry and found it and voila! system32 Folder keeps reappearing!!! u can try to solve the problem.
