I also noticed when this happened the original temporary internet files is no longer located in the local settings folder so their is not two of them but a single one After much troubleshooting I realized the moment I use CCleaner it moves it from C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings to my Temp folder location that I have set to C:\Temp.
