I have reset the bios to "Default" and still the same. Of course that won't fix the freezing problem. Sounds like it is currently set to "Sleep". Then if you hold the button it will actually power off the computer, not just sleep.

I researched and researched about this problem and found around 50 threads on Toms Hardware of people who had the same problems as me but none of the 50 got any Nothing was found and the issue was not resolved. I'm sure information on battery removal will be there. My Toshiba Laptop Wont Turn On when I shutdown my laptop the Display Goes off but the Power Lights and fan is still on.
