holding windows key down and typeing those letters does short cuts for menus...
Typing the sticky key (e.g., the Windows key) twice should unstick it. it can be a small virus or script too, n may not be too .. The only use for that command in the past has been to get out of a lockup, etc. When the computer starts up I get the log in screen, but ctrl-alt-delete will not work.
